Make-To-Order Blower
Not on the catalogue. Built from your duty point and GA, from 100 CMH to 2,00,000 CMH as published capability.
Built to order in Vatva, Ahmedabad
Every type below is built to order around your operating point. The published envelope is shown up front so you can shortlist in a minute, then send the duty for a confirmed selection.
Not on the catalogue. Built from your duty point and GA, from 100 CMH to 2,00,000 CMH as published capability.
Straight-through air at low pressure: tube axial, vane axial and propeller builds in mild steel and aluminium.
Heavy-duty radial exhauster, 400 to 1,50,000 CMH to 2,000 mmWC, built to be lined, hard-faced and rebuilt.
Big-volume clean-air exhauster: 1,750 to 2,30,000 CMH for plant-wide air handling and filter clean-side duty.
Wheel in the hot stream, bearings out of it. Designed in temperature tiers from ambient to 650 C.
Straight radial blades, PH type: the wheel for conveying pressure, abrasive dust and long lines.
Flat plates set at an angle: robust, tolerant of moderate dust, still efficient and still non-overloading.
High static efficiency, non-overloading power curve. The default wheel for clean and lightly loaded air at medium to high pressure.
Airflow, pressure and temperature ranges are the family envelopes our own engineering pages publish. Absorbed power, speed and the confirmed duty point appear on the approved general arrangement drawing for your order.
Compare
Efficiency, pressure and dirty-gas tolerance pull against each other. Pick the compromise that suits your system.
Backward-curved and airfoil wheels give the most static pressure per watt and can be driven non-overloading across the curve. They dislike heavy dust load.
Radial and paddle impellers tolerate deposit and erosive load. They need more power for the same duty and are the usual answer in cement, wood and conveying.

Blank cells mean the figure is not published for that family — ask us and we will confirm it against your duty.
Dust collection, aeration, conveying, kiln draught, booth exhaust or tunnel ventilation.
Volume flow, static pressure, gas temperature and the site altitude.
Dust load, corrosive species, moisture and any deposit behaviour.
Space, weight, MOC, drive type, spares and the shutdown window.
Both. The families above are the standard wheel geometries we build; the casing, impeller diameter, speed, motor and material are set from your confirmed operating point on an approved GA drawing before fabrication.
Our published centrifugal range runs from 100 to 2,50,000 m³/hr with static pressures from 25 to 2,100 mmWC, driven from 0.5 to 500 HP, with designs carried out beyond that on request.
Performance is verified to IS 4894, and AMCA 210 is available on request. Rotating assemblies are balanced in-house to ISO 1940-1, G6.3 as standard and G2.5 where the duty needs it.
Yes. We survey the installation, take the duty, and retro-fit against the existing base or build a replacement skid. On-site dynamic balancing and laser alignment are part of the service.
Send the operating point and we will tell you which wheel wins on your system curve — including when the answer is not ours.
