When you send a duty sheet through this site we record the details you type: name, company, email, telephone, location, industry, the product you are asking about, your airflow, pressure, temperature, material and quantity fields, your message, the page it came from, and the date and time. We also record a one-way hash of your network address, which is used only to limit automated abuse. The hashed value cannot be turned back into an address.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, personal data about third parties. Technical drawings and nameplate photographs you upload to us are treated as your commercial information.

If a submission is part of a live order, we will keep the records that a contract or the law requires and tell you which those are.
